At Finmark, we advised Baaskit Servicios Financieros in their recent funding round, led by Activa Alternative Assets, the alternative assets division of Larraín Vial.
Through its operational and technological infrastructure, Baaskit will enable non-banking companies to offer their clients payment services, accounts, cards, loans, and personalized insurance, under the models known as banking as a service and embedded finance.
This new investment will allow Baaskit to consolidate its payment platform and continue developing new solutions.
